The deadline for class members to file compensation claims in the Wayland Group Corp. securities class action settlement has been extended to November 30, 2026, according to an announcement from Berger Montague (Canada) PC, the court-appointed settlement administrator.
Wayland Group Corp., formerly known as Maricann Group Corp., is at the center of the securities litigation. Eligible class members must submit their claims along with supporting documentation before the newly established cutoff date to qualify for compensation from the settlement fund.
